Overview

AR Development (atroger.com) is operated by Roger Sandoval, a solo full-stack developer based in San Antonio, TX. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected through this website, how it's used, and who it's shared with. This site is intentionally simple: there are no user accounts, no online payments, and no advertising trackers. The only personal information collected is what you choose to submit through the contact form.

Information We Collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form, which is:

• Name, so I know who I'm speaking with.
• Email address, so I can reply to your message.
• Message, whatever details you choose to share about your project or question.

The site does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies, so no browsing behavior, device fingerprint, or location data is collected as you browse.

How Contact Form Submissions Are Processed

The contact form is powered by Formgopher, a form-handling tool that I (Roger Sandoval) personally built and operate. Formgopher isn't a separate outside company you need to worry about. It's my own software, built specifically to receive submissions from sites like this one.

Under the hood, Formgopher uses Resend, a transactional email delivery service, to send your submitted message to my inbox. Resend acts strictly as an email-delivery processor: it transmits the message and does not use your information for its own marketing or advertising purposes.

In short, when you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message go to two places: me, and Resend as the service that delivers the email. That's it. Your information is never sold, shared with advertisers, or passed along to any other third party.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, for example, to discuss a project, answer a question, or follow up on a quote. It is never used for unsolicited marketing, sold or rented to third parties, or used for advertising or retargeting.

Data Retention

Messages sent through the contact form are kept in my email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to handle correspondence and maintain business records. You can request that your information be deleted at any time. See Your Rights & Choices below.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. It does use one small, non-tracking browser storage item purely to improve your experience on the site:

• Theme preference, your choice of light or dark mode is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit.

Both are stored only in your browser, are never transmitted anywhere, and contain no personal information.

Third-Party Links

This site links out to social media profiles, client project websites, and other third-party sites (for example, in the portfolio and social icons). Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them. I'd encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before sharing information with it.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

Your Rights & Choices

You can request to access, correct, or delete any information you've submitted through the contact form at any time by emailing me directly at the address below. I'll respond and take action as promptly as I can.

Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect information submitted through this site, including transmitting form data over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. That said, no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the site or how information is handled. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
